Whether it be a small local conference or an international exhibition stand, Rod Lomax Publicity will relieve you of all the hard work.

Following your brief we will prepare stand layouts and organise everything from lighting and electrics to furniture and floor coverings. We will order any catering you might need and will design and produce all display graphics to get the best out of your chosen site.

On the run up to the exhibition itself we will prepare press stories and liaise with trade associations and journals. We will prepare press packs with press releases, company literature and photographs for distribution at the show.

We will work with your company to organise stand manning rotas and will provide name badges and, if required, can organise business gifts for distribution to selected clients visiting the stand.
